1. General Return Window

2. Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).
- In the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
We inspect all returns upon receipt. If the item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.
3. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of adult products, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the packaging has been opened, removed, or the product has been used:
- Intimate apparel and undergarments: Including lingerie, underwear, bras, socks, stockings, pantyhose, and any skin-contact clothing items. These are considered final sale due to direct skin contact and hygiene risks.
- Personal hygiene and intimate devices: Such as condoms, lubricants, vibrators (e.g., bullet vibrators, rabbit vibrators), dildos, anal toys, massage wands, prostate massagers, and any insertable or body-contact devices. Once unsealed or used, these cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
- Any product marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order products).
- Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable).
Even if unopened, returns may be denied if the packaging shows tampering or if hygiene seals are broken. This policy is in place to comply with health regulations and protect all customers from potential contamination.
3.1 Restocking Fee Policy
If the return or exchange is due to customer reasons (such as change of mind, wrong size selection, did not like the product, ordered by mistake, etc.), a restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and inventory restocking.
No restocking fee will be charged if the return is due to our error or product quality issues (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent, damaged during shipping). In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs (if applicable) and provide a full refund or exchange free of charge.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will provide a free return label (if applicable) and offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost and without any restocking fee. For adult products, we may require disposal of the item instead of return due to hygiene concerns.
